• Preventive & breakdown maintenance

• Equipment monitoring & downtime reduction

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

• Coordination with production team

• Maintenance reporting (daily/weekly)

• Ensure safety & SOP compliance

🎯 Skills Required:

• Maintenance & troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of PLC/Automation (preferred)

• MS Excel & reporting

• Good communication skills

🎓 Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical or related)
