Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for our solar business. The candidate will be responsible for promoting residential solar solutions under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and generating leads for commercial and industrial solar installation projects. The role requires strong marketing, communication, and team management skills to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial solar projects.
• Generate qualified leads through field marketing, digital marketing, channel partners, and local campaigns.
• Promote awareness about PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and government solar subsidy programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, builders, industries, and institutions.
• Manage marketing teams and coordinate field activities across assigned locations.
• Plan promotional campaigns, seminars, roadshows, and customer awareness programs.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth customer conversion and project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Handle branding, social media promotion, and local advertising activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of solar energy products and government subsidy schemes preferred.
• Experience in field marketing, B2C/B2B sales, or renewable energy sector.
• Ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets.
• Good networking and client-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and MS Office.
• QualificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in solar, renewable energy, electrical, or infrastructure sector.
