Job Title: Office Executive / MIS & Operations Coordinator

About the RoleCakeloo is looking for a smart, responsible, highly organized, and dependable Office Executive / MIS & Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day business operations across our bakery, factory, and internal business systems.
This is a hands-on operations role for someone who can coordinate between customers, delivery teams, kitchen/factory staff, and management while maintaining accurate records, reports, and smooth office functioning.
This role requires physical presence in the office and ownership of daily office management. The candidate may be required to arrive early, open the office, and ensure everything is operational for the day.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration & OperationsManage complete day-to-day office operations and workflow coordination
- Open the office at the start of the day when required and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Maintain office discipline, organization, and operational readiness
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative requirements
- Handle and track all office-related expenses and maintain proper expense records
- Ensure all operational tasks are completed on time without supervision
- Order Operations & CoordinationCoordinate customer orders via phone/WhatsApp
- Log all customer orders into the company system/app
- Track order progress from confirmation to preparation to final delivery
- Coordinate with kitchen/factory teams for order readiness
- Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery tracking
- Monitor and update complete order status
- MIS & ReportingMaintain Excel/Google Sheets reports
- Track daily income, office expenses, operational expenses, and business data
- Maintain accurate expense records and reporting
- Prepare monthly salary sheets for employees/workers
- Maintain employee attendance and workforce records
- Generate business performance and operational reports
- Customer & Lead ManagementHandle inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Manage Justdial leads and follow-ups
- Track lead conversion and customer responses
- Coordinate with customers for order confirmation and updates
- Team & Workforce ManagementManage labour/worker attendance
- Coordinate with delivery staff and internal teams
- Assist in hiring and workforce coordination when required
- Support operations across multiple business verticals
- Ensure smooth coordination between office, factory, and field teams
- Required SkillsStrong MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Good computer handling skills
- Good communication (Hindi + basic English preferred)
- Calling and customer coordination experience
- Strong follow-up and task tracking ability
- Reporting and documentation skills
- Expense tracking and office administration capability
- Organized, punctual, disciplined, and responsible attitude
- Ability to manage multiple moving tasks without supervision
- Ownership mindset and willingness to handle complete office responsibility
