• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, referrals, social media, and other marketing activities.
• Meet prospective customers and explain project details professionally.
• Conduct site visits and assist clients in selecting suitable plots and flats.
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing and management team for smooth sales operations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Active, confident, and hardworking personality.
• Self-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in the field and meet customers.
• Experience in real estate sales is preferred, but freshers with strong sales skills are also welcome.
• Must own a two-wheeler (preferred).
