Receptionist Cum Telecaller

पटना के एक women’s beauty salon के लिए Receptionist cum Telecaller की requirement है।

Candidate confident, presentable और well-spoken होनी चाहिए। Beauty, makeup, haircut, salon और spa services में interest होना ज़रूरी है।

Responsibilities:

1. Salon के front desk को handle करना
2. Clients को politely welcome करना
3. Calls attend करना और appointments manage करना
4. Client enquiries, follow-ups और bookings handle करना
5. Salon services, packages और offers explain करना
6. Salon staff के साथ coordination करना
7. Instagram/social media के लिए basic videos और reels बनाना/post करना
8. Salon के promotions में support करना

Requirements:

1. Hindi और English में अच्छी communication skills
2. Basic English knowledge must है
3. Phone calls और client handling में comfortable होनी चाहिए
4. Makeup, haircutting, beauty, salon और spa services में interest होना चाहिए
5. Reels/videos बनाने और social media पर post करने के लिए ready होनी चाहिए
6. Basic smartphone और Instagram/social media knowledge
7. Presentable, polite, responsible और confident personality

Preferred Candidate:

ऐसी candidate जो beauty trends, grooming, social media और client interaction में genuinely interest रखती हो।
