1. Waiter

Responsibilities:

Greet customers politely and provide excellent service

Take food and beverage orders accurately

Serve food and drinks on time

Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area

Handle customer queries professionally

Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Presentable personality and positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience preferred

Honest, punctual, and team-oriented

2. Steward

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service area

Support waiters and kitchen staff during busy hours

Arrange tables, utensils, and service stations

Ensure hygiene standards are followed

Assist in smooth restaurant operations

Requirements:

Basic understanding of hospitality service

Hardworking and disciplined

Quick learner with team spirit

Previous hotel/restaurant experience preferred

3. Chef

Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality food with consistency

Maintain taste, presentation, and hygiene standards

Manage kitchen operations efficiently

Control food quality and inventory

Train junior kitchen staff if required

Ensure timely food preparation and service

Requirements:

Strong cooking skills and kitchen knowledge

Experience in restaurant/hotel kitchen preferred

Ability to handle pressure during rush hours

Clean, organized, and responsible

Expertise in Indian cuisine preferred (specialization is a plus)
