Job Description
- 1. Customer ServiceGreet customers as they enter the store
- Understand customer needs and preferences
- Suggest suitable clothing based on style, size, and occasion
- Provide a friendly and helpful shopping experience
- 2. Product KnowledgeHave good knowledge of fabrics, sizes, brands, and latest fashion trends
- Explain product features, quality, and pricing clearly
- Stay updated with new arrivals and seasonal collections
- 3. Sales & UpsellingPromote products and encourage purchases
- Suggest additional items (e.g., matching accessories)
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- 4. Store MaintenanceArrange clothes neatly on racks and shelves
- Ensure proper display of items for visual appeal
- Keep the store clean and organized
- 5. Billing & TransactionsAssist at the billing counter when needed
- Handle cash, card, or digital payments
- Issue bills and maintain transaction records
- 6. Inventory ManagementCheck stock availability
- Report low stock or fast-selling items
- Assist in stock-taking and inventory audits
- 7. Handling Customer Queries & ComplaintsAnswer questions about products, sizes, and return policies
- Resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently
- 8. Trial Room AssistanceHelp customers with fitting rooms
- Suggest correct sizes or alternatives
- 9. Promotions & OffersInform customers about ongoing discounts and offers
- Help in implementing promotional displays
- 10. Team CoordinationWork with other staff members to manage store operations
- Follow instructions from the store manager
