Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing service support, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and close coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case handling and timely resolution.

2. Prepare, update, and maintain daily operational reports to support business tracking and decision-making.

3. Engage with customers across multiple channels (chat, email, and phone) to deliver prompt and effective support.

4. Manage inbound and outbound calls to drive successful sales conversions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

5. Guide customers with product knowledge and assist them in understanding features and benefits for smooth adoption.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Post Graduate in any Stream

Required Skills:

1. Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication)

2. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Mandatory)

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

5. Ability to handle pressure and maintain performance

Compensation:

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills, knowledge & experience)
