Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail outlets and distributors regularly to generate orders
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and merchandising
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy
- Maintain daily sales reports and submit to reporting manager
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local market and routes
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
