Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting real estate projects, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into customers. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through digital marketing, field marketing, referrals, and other sources.
- Follow up with potential customers and explain project details.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
