Job Summary- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, site visits, property sales, and executing marketing activities to promote residential/commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and field marketing.
• Handle customer inquiries and explain project details.
• Conduct property/site visits with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain client database and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with channel partners and brokers.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online/offline).
• Promote projects through social media, WhatsApp, and digital marketing.
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate sales process.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media promotion.
• Ability to work on targets and deadlines.
• MS Office and CRM knowledge preferred.
• Strong presentation and client-handling skills.

Experience & Qualification:

• 12th &Graduate (preferred)
• 1–7 years of experience in Real Estate or Hospitality sales
• Team handling experience is an added advantage
