Job Description
Security Guard :- 13500 + PF + ESIC.
Security Supervisor :- 17400 + PF + ESIC
- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor entry and exit gates of the society.
- Verify visitors, delivery personnel, and service staff.
- Maintain visitor register and gate pass records.
- Conduct regular patrolling of society premises.
- Ensure safety of residents, common areas, and assets.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
- Handle emergencies such as fire, theft, or disputes.
- Assist residents politely and provide directions when required.
- Ensure parking discipline inside the premises.
- Check and secure society gates during night shifts.
- Coordinate with police, ambulance, or emergency services when needed.
- Report incidents immediately to the supervisor or management.
- Maintain proper uniform, discipline, and attendance
