Job Description
Kleve World Private Limited is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer to manage and execute construction projects from start to finish. You will lead site teams, ensure quality & safety, and coordinate with clients and consultants for timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all civil construction activities at site
- Review structural and architectural drawings and resolve technical issues
- Monitor quality of work, material testing, and compliance with IS codes
- Manage contractors, labor, and site engineers to meet project timelines
- Control project costs, verify RA bills, and minimize material wastage
- Ensure strict safety norms and maintain site documentation/DPR
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and government bodies for approvals
Requirements
- Education: BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 15 years in building, infrastructure, or real estate projects
- Skills: AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, knowledge of construction methods and billing
- Qualities: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be willing to work at project sites
