Hiring: Lead Conversion Specialist Telecaller / Patient Counsellor
हम अपनी टीम के लिए एक अनुभवी और प्रोफेशनल Lead Conversion Specialist Telecaller / Patient Counsellor की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो फोन पर मरीजों से आत्मविश्वास और संवेदनशीलता के साथ बात कर सके तथा उन्हें सही जानकारी देकर उनकी सहायता कर सके।
📌 Responsibilities:
- मरीजों के Incoming और Outgoing Calls Handle करना
- मरीजों को उपचार, सेवाओं और अपॉइंटमेंट की जानकारी देना
- मरीजों के Questions और Concerns को समझकर सही मार्गदर्शन करना
- Follow-up Calls करना और Appointment Confirm करना
- Call Records और Patient Data Maintain करना
✅ Requirements:
- Hindi में उत्कृष्ट Communication Skills
- Telecalling / Patient Counselling में कम से कम 2 वर्ष का अनुभव
- Patient Handling और Follow-up का अनुभव
- Positive Attitude और Professional Behaviour
- Computer, WhatsApp और Excel की बेसिक जानकारी
