Job SummarySPHC PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to connect with job applicants and potential candidates. The primary responsibility is to call candidates who have applied for our job openings or are available in our recruitment database, explain the job opportunities, counsel them regarding the role and career growth, answer their queries, and encourage suitable candidates to join the organization.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall candidates who have applied for our job openings.
• Contact potential candidates from the company's recruitment database.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, benefits, and company policies.
• Counsel candidates and help them make informed career decisions.
• Assess candidates' interest, communication skills, and basic eligibility.
• Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Follow up with candidates until they complete the joining process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and candidate status.
• Coordinate with the HR team to ensure timely hiring.
• Achieve daily targets for calling, interview scheduling, and candidate joining.
• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass
• Freshers are welcome.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi. Basic English speaking skills are preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Internet).

Salary₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on skills and performance) + Performance Incentives
