Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Collection / Recovery Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers and reminding them about their pending payments and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

Follow up with customers for pending EMIs and dues.

Maintain proper records of customer conversations and payment commitments.

Convince customers to make timely payments and resolve payment issues.

Coordinate with the field collection team when required.

Ensure compliance with company policies during recovery calls.
