Job Description
- कंपनी के सॉफ्टवेयर एवं डिजिटल सेवाओं की जानकारी संभावित ग्राहकों को फोन के माध्यम से देना।
- नए ग्राहकों से संपर्क कर सॉफ्टवेयर डेमो एवं मीटिंग फिक्स करना।
- CRM में ग्राहक की जानकारी एवं फॉलो-अप अपडेट करना।
- लीड जनरेशन एवं ग्राहक कन्वर्जन पर कार्य करना।
- ग्राहकों की आवश्यकताओं को समझकर उचित सॉफ्टवेयर समाधान सुझाना।
- दैनिक, साप्ताहिक एवं मासिक सेल्स रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
- आवश्यक योग्यताहिंदी में अच्छी बातचीत एवं समझाने की क्षमता।
- बेसिक कंप्यूटर एवं इंटरनेट का ज्ञान।
- सेल्स एवं टेली कॉलिंग का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता।
- लक्ष्य (Target) आधारित कार्य करने की क्षमता।
- लक्ष्य पूरा करने पर आकर्षक इंसेंटिव प्रदान किया जाएगा।
- लक्ष्य से अधिक व्यवसाय लाने पर अतिरिक्त इंसेंटिव एवं प्रमोशन के अवसर उपलब्ध होंगे।
