Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller cum Computer Operator who can communicate effectively with customers over the phone while handling basic computer operations and data management. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude toward customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTelecallingMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain JewelBizz products and services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Record call outcomes and customer feedback.
- Computer OperationsEnter and update customer information in the CRM/database.
- Maintain records in Excel and other office applications.
- Prepare basic reports and documentation.
- Manage emails and coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist with daily office administrative tasks.
