Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our Vehicle Attachment Centre team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting vehicle owners and drivers, explaining attachment opportunities, handling customer queries, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle onboarding.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to vehicle owners, drivers, and partners.
• Explain vehicle attachment services, benefits, and requirements.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain daily call records and customer data.
• Coordinate with the field and operations team for document collection and onboarding.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain good relationships with drivers and fleet owners.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to speak Hindi and local language fluently; English is a plus.
• Strong follow-up and customer handling ability.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
