Specific Knowledge, Skill Required Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.  Result-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and organisational abilities.  Willingness to travel frequently as per program requirements.  Strong documentation and reporting skills.

District Sales & Marketing Executive:

Role Objective:

The District Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for overall sales, marketing, and business development activities within the assigned district. The employee will also monitor and maintain good relations with clients where solar plants have already been installed and conduct regular site visits.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers including residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
• Generate new leads and convert them into solar installation projects.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Visit all installed solar plants within the assigned district at least once a week.
• Inspect the operational condition of the installed solar systems.
• Coordinate with the technical/maintenance team if any issue or fault is observed.
• Prepare a weekly site inspection report and submit it to the head office.
