Job Description
- Execution Engineer – Mechanical (4 Positions)Position: Execution Engineer – MechanicalNo. of Positions: 04Qualification:B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Minimum 7 years experience
- OR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering – Minimum 10 years experience
- Industry Preference:Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery / Heavy Industrial Projects
- Experience Required:Minimum 5–8 years of relevant site execution experience
- Hands-on experience in piping, structural, equipment erection, or fabrication works
- Experience in large-scale EPC / shutdown / brownfield projects preferred
- Key Responsibilities:Execute and supervise mechanical works at site (piping, structure, equipment erection)
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications
- Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and safety teams for smooth execution
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, and daily site activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports (DPR)
- Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards
- Identify and resolve site execution issues and technical challenges
- Coordinate with client/consultant for inspections and approvals
- Key Skills:Strong knowledge of mechanical erection & installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret GA drawings, isometrics, P&IDs
- Good coordination and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Familiarity with project execution tools and reporting systems
- Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage):HSE / Safety Certification
- Welding / Piping inspection knowledge
- Basic knowledge of QA/QC procedures
- Reporting To:Project Manager / Construction Manager
- Work Location:Project Sites (e.g., Dolvi / Nagothane / Pen or similar industrial locations)
