Micro Branch Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Head
- Responsible for managing the operations of a micro branch within the banking sector. - Oversee branch banking activities including customer service, sales, and branch administration. - Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve business targets and ensure compliance with banking regulations. - Maintain strong relationships with customers and local community to drive branch growth. - Handle daily branch operations ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies. - Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy and security. - Coordinate with higher management for reporting and strategic planning. - Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalations effectively. - Manage branch resources efficiently to optimize performance. - Uphold the bank’s standards and values in all branch activities.Job role
