Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Warehouse Manager / Plot Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our plot/yard facility in Wadkhal. The role involves managing manpower, supervising material handling (especially coal), maintaining records, and ensuring smooth functioning of all on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations ManagementOversee day-to-day warehouse/plot operations including loading and unloading of coal and other materials
• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and handling of materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plot
• Inventory & DocumentationMaintain accurate stock records and registers at the plot
• Monitor inward and outward movement of goods
• Prepare and verify weighbridge reports
• Manpower SupervisionManage and supervise labour, operators, and junior supervisors
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely execution
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity
• Facility & Equipment ManagementEnsure proper functioning of machinery, CCTV systems, and utilities (water, etc.)
• Coordinate basic maintenance and report major issues
• Compliance & ReportingSubmit daily operational reports to management
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures

General Responsibilities

• Handle any additional tasks related to plot/warehouse operations
• Stay at Wadkhal site when required and manage expense reimbursements
• Candidate Requirements:Experience in warehouse, yard, or industrial site operations (steel, coal, logistics preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and reporting
• Ability to work long/extended hours when required

Preference for candidates residing near Wadkhal or willing to relocate
