Job Description
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas as per hotel standards
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces
Replenish room supplies such as water, tea/coffee kits, and amenities
Report any maintenance issues (AC, plumbing, lighting, etc.) to the supervisor
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Check rooms for lost and found items and follow hotel procedures
Maintain guest privacy and security at all times
Respond to guest requests promptly and politely
