Relationship Manager - Retail
- Lead Generation: Find new buyers by going to builder sites, talking to real estate agents (connectors), and setting up bank stalls.
- Target Achievement: Hit monthly and yearly goals for loan disbursal (giving out loan money) and earning fee income.
- Document Processing: Collect the customer's income proofs, ID, and property papers. Check these documents to make sure they are real and complete.
- File Logging: Submit the completed loan file to the bank's credit/risk team for approval.
- Customer Service: Guide the buyer through the whole loan process. Answer questions quickly until the check is handed over.
