Account Executive (Accounting)

Company Overview:

We are a growing hardware and plywood showroom dealing in a wide range of building materials, hardware items, and plywood products. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with GST regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Handle GST-related work
• Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and stock records
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Generate invoices and ensure proper billing
• Assist in financial reporting and documentation
• Ensure compliance with taxation and financial regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in retail, hardware, or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of GST filing and compliance
• Hands-on experience with Tally (ERP)
• Basic understanding of inventory management
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Minimum qualification: B.Com or equivalent

Experience:

• 1–3 years preferred (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)
