Job Description
Financial & Accounting Duties
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including General Ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations.
- Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns (GST/VAT/Sales Tax) and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Reporting: Generate monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management review.
- Payroll: Process monthly payroll, including benefits administration and statutory deductions.
Administrative & Operations Duties
- Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, vendor contracts (cleaning, internet, utilities), and general facilities maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain an organized physical and digital filing system for legal, HR, and financial documents.
- Executive Support: Assist leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparing meeting agendas.
- HR Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires and maintain employee attendance records.
