Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Responsibilities


  • Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ERP.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and vendor ledgers.
  • Manage petty cash and expense records.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with CA for monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Prepare salary sheets and employee reimbursement statements.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents.


Purchase Responsibilities

  • Obtain quotations from vendors and suppliers.
  • Compare rates and negotiate pricing.
  • Generate Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Track material deliveries and vendor commitments.
  • Maintain inventory and purchase records.
  • Coordinate with project/site teams for material requirements.
  • Verify supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery challans.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
