Job Description

  • B2C Sales & Customer Handling. Handle customer enquiries received through website, calls, and dealer references.
  • Guide customers in selecting the correct suspension setup based on motorcycle model, riding style, load conditions, and usage.
  • Coordinate quotations, follow-ups, order confirmations, and delivery updates.
  • Maintain strong customer communication and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Dealer Network Management: Coordinate with existing dealers regarding orders, installations, stock planning, and customer support.
  • Maintain healthy communication and relationships with dealer partners across India.
  • Support dealers with installation guidance, product training, and troubleshooting coordination.
  • Ensure dealers receive required technical documents, setup information, and updates.
  • Technical Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate creation and sharing of installation manuals, setup guides, warranty processes, and product updates.
  • Maintain organized records of customer setups, dealer data, warranty claims, and service communications.
  • Coordinate internally with technical and operations teams for smooth execution.
  • CRM & Process Management: Update enquiry tracking systems and maintain customer/dealer databases.
  • Monitor pending enquiries, dealer requirements, and after-sales support status.
  • Help improve sales and dealer management processes over time.
