Job Description

  • Perform data entry, data management, and record keeping accurately and efficiently
  • CRM, Quotation, Invoice, Sales Order, Purchase Order creation
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining databases
  • Process customer and client requests received via email or internal tools
  • Coordinate with front office, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Verify, correct, and organize documents and records
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
  • Support accounting, HR, and operations teams with documentation and backend processes
  • Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies when needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate updating of internal systems and trackers
  • Assist in preparing internal communications, circulars, or reports
  • Local travel on bike if required
