Job Title: Branch Manager – Logistics Operations (Pune)

Location: Talawade, Pune

With operational branches in Vapi, Pune, Bhiwandi, Vadodara, and Raipur, we are committed to delivering reliable and efficient logistics services to our customers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete branch operations and daily logistics activities.
  • Coordinate vehicle placement, dispatch planning, and shipment tracking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, transporters, and drivers.
  • Ensure timely loading, unloading, and delivery of consignments.
  • Monitor branch profitability, revenue generation, and operational costs.
  • Supervise branch staff and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service escalations.
  • Maintain branch records, documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, E-way bills, and company policies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth in the Pune region.
  • Monitor vehicle detention, POD collection, payment follow-ups, and customer service performance.


Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain background preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or branch operations.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle placement, freight operations, and transporter management.
  • Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Logistics software, and reporting.
  • Ability to handle operational challenges and make quick decisions.
