Job SummaryWe are looking for a Business Administrator to manage daily office operations, maintain records, coordinate with customers and vendors, and support business activities to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities✅ Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations

✅ Maintain records, documents, invoices, and reports

✅ Handle emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries

✅ Coordinate with sales, purchase, and accounts teams

✅ Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and business documents

✅ Update customer and supplier databases

✅ Monitor inventory and office supplies

✅ Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars

✅ Assist in data entry and MIS reporting

✅ Support management in business operations and planning

Requirements✔ Graduate in BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related field

✔ Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email handling

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✔ Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
