Requirement: Business Development – Real Estate


We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected professional for the role of Business Development in the Real Estate sector.


The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the real estate market and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities. The role involves sourcing and onboarding projects on a mandate basis.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and acquire new real estate projects on mandate


Build strong relationships with builders and developers


Have in-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends


Drive business growth through strategic partnerships


Coordinate with internal teams for project onboarding



Requirements:


Prior experience in real estate business development


Strong network within the builder/developer community


Excellent negotiation and communication skills


Target-driven and result-oriented approach
