Job Description

Job Title: Continental CDP (Chef de Partie)

Company: Timezone Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. / Play N Learn

Location: Phoenix mall of Millennium, Wakad, Pune

Salary: ₹28,000 in-hand + Service Charge


Key Responsibilities:


Handle Continental kitchen operations independently


Prepare and present Continental dishes as per standards


Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards


Manage commis staff and daily prep work


Control food wastage and ensure proper stock usage



Requirements:


Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Continental cuisine


Experience as CDP or DCDP preferd 


Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety


Ability to work in rotational shifts.
