Chinese Chef

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chinese Chef to prepare authentic Chinese cuisine while maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. The candidate should be knowledgeable in traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques and ensure kitchen hygiene and safety at all times.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes (Veg & Non-Veg) as per menu standards
• Plan menus and suggest new Chinese dishes
• Ensure taste, quality, and consistency of food
• Manage kitchen operations related to the Chinese section
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and inform management for timely procurement
• Minimize food wastage and control costs
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff if required
