Job Description


Dravya Engineers is hiring Production Helpers for day-shift operations. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates will assist in basic production, material handling, machine support, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Key Responsibilities



Assist operators and supervisors in daily production activities.

Support machine operations as instructed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Perform other factory-related tasks assigned by supervisors.



Eligibility Criteria


Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th

Experience: fresher to 1 year max.

Gender: Male

Age: 18–30 years

English: Not required



Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment
