Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Onboarding Executive with basic knowledge of company onboarding processes, legal documentation, and agreement drafting. The candidate will support compliance activities, documentation, and coordination across teams while ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle onboarding of clients, vendors, and business partners in line with company policies.
* Collect, verify, and maintain onboarding documents and records.
* Assist in drafting *board resolutions*, official emails, and internal documentation.
* Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for compliance purposes.
* Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and onboarding completion.
* Support compliance checks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
* Basic understanding of company onboarding processes and documentation.
* Knowledge of legal documents such as MOA, AOA, agreements, and compliance records.
* Familiarity with drafting agreements, resolutions, and professional emails.
* Working knowledge of *Microsoft Excel* and *Microsoft Word* for documentation and reporting.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation efficiently.
Note: The employee must be multi tasking, the role fix with finance, candidate must have willing to work in finance as well.
