We are looking for a Microsoft Office Faculty / Excel Expert who knows their way around a spreadsheet better than their own neighborhood. If you can turn a "Formula Error" into a masterpiece and teach others to do the same, we want to talk to you!

What we’re looking for:

• Excel Pros: You don’t just know Pivot Tables; you live for them. VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Power Query are your best friends.
• Word Ninjas: From complex document formatting to seamless Mail Merges.
• The Teacher’s Heart: You can explain "Relative vs. Absolute References" to a beginner without breaking a sweat.

Job Description: MS Office Faculty

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery: Lead training sessions for MS Excel (Basic to Advanced) and MS Word.

Skill Assessment: Evaluate student progress through regular testing and provide constructive feedback.

Troubleshooting: Act as the go-to expert for complex formatting or data calculation queries.

Platform Mastery: Stay updated with the latest Office 365 features and shortcuts.

Technical Requirements

1. Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level):

Mastery of Formulas (Logical, Text, Date, and Financial).

Advanced Data Visualization (Dynamic Charts and Dashboards).

Data Cleaning (Power Query, Flash Fill, and Text-to-Columns).

Automation basics (Macros/VBA knowledge is a plus).

2. Microsoft Word (Expert Level):

Professional Document Formatting (Styles, Table of Contents, Section Breaks).

Advanced Mail Merge and Template creation.

Reviewing tools (Track Changes, Comments, and Document Comparison).

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Computer Science or Commerce preferred).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
