Job Title: Sales Executive – Automobile Dealership

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales across new and used car segments. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, customer-handling expertise, and a solid understanding of the automobile market. The role requires end-to-end sales management—from lead generation to vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct product presentations
- Maintain strong follow-up process for inquiries and pending bookings
- Handle documentation related to booking, finance, insurance, and registration
- Coordinate with finance partners for loan approvals and closures
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery process and customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Required Qualifications & SkillsMinimum:
- Graduate (any discipline preferred)
- 6 months–3 years of experience in automobile sales (freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of car models, variants, pricing, and competitors
- Ability to work under sales targets and performance pressure
- Basic computer knowledge (MS OFFICE preferred)
- Valid driving license

Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
- This position is performance-driven, and overall earnings will vary based on individual performance. The employee will receive a fixed salary along with incentives. Total monthly earnings will depend on vehicle sales, finance/insurance conversions, after-sales service business, and overall performance. High performers have the opportunity to earn significantly above the fixed salary.
