Data Entry Operator

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

·        Data Entry & Certificate Generation: Accurately enter raw calibration data from technicians' sheets into standardized templates. Prepare, format, and

issue error-free certificates and test reports using MS Excel.

·        Report Verification & Correction: Review reports and identify and correct discrepancies in data, units, or client details before final approval.

·        Documentation Management: Maintain, organize, and file all records and documentation.

·        Customer Communication: Handle routine email and phone communication regarding certificate dispatch, status updates, and clarifications. Professionally

respond to basic customer queries related to documentation.

·        Quality System Support: To support in maintaining compliance by ensuring all documentation meets strict quality procedures.

Required

Qualifications & Experience:

·        Education: Minimum HSC (12th Standard) required. 

·         Preference will be given to candidates with an ITI or Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical, or

·        B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Electronics). 

·        Experience: Fresher
