Electrical Engineer

The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing fire safety and electronic security system projects. This role involves coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

·        Plan and execute fire alarm, firefighting, CCTV, and access control system projects

·        Conduct site surveys and technical assessments before project execution

·        Prepare and review drawings, layouts, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical specifications

·        Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution

·        Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of systems

·        Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget

·        Monitor quality, safety standards, and compliance with fire safety regulations

·        Manage vendors, contractors, and procurement of materials

·        Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site solutions

·        Prepare project reports, documentation, and handover files

·        Support in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and post-installation service
