Job SummaryREEW Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician with experience in industrial control panel wiring and assembly. The ideal candidate should be capable of building electrical panels from drawings, performing accurate wiring and testing, and supporting the manufacturing of industrial heating systems, ovens, furnaces, and temperature control panels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesControl Panel AssemblyAssemble industrial electrical control panels as per approved drawings.
• Perform panel layout marking, drilling, cutting, and component mounting.
• Install DIN rails, wire ducts, busbars, cable glands, terminals, and other panel accessories.
• Ensure proper alignment and neat panel finishing.
• Panel WiringCarry out complete wiring of control panels as per electrical schematics.
• Perform cable cutting, ferruling, crimping, numbering, labeling, and termination.
• Ensure proper earthing and cable routing inside the panel.
• Follow standard wiring practices and electrical safety procedures.
• Temperature Control PanelsWire and assemble Temperature Control Panels for industrial ovens, furnaces, heaters, dryers, and other process equipment.
• Install and connect PID Temperature Controllers, Thermocouples, RTDs, SSRs, Contactors, Timers, Relays, MCBs, MCCBs, SMPS, Sensors, and other control components.
• Assist in assembling PLC and HMI-based control panels whenever required.
• Panel Testing & QualityCheck completed panels for wiring accuracy and workmanship.
• Perform continuity, insulation, and functional checks before dispatch.
• Identify and rectify wiring mistakes and electrical faults.
• Ensure panels meet company quality standards before delivery.
• Production & Shop Floor ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily production targets and complete assigned jobs on schedule.
• Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, Production, and Quality teams.
• Maintain tools, instruments, and workplace cleanliness.
• Follow all safety procedures and company work instructions.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of industrial electrical wiring.
• Hands-on experience in control panel assembly and panel wiring.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Knowledge of Temperature Controllers, Contactors, Relays, SSRs, Timers, MCBs, MCCBs, Sensors, Thermocouples, RTDs, and other panel components.
• Experience in cable termination, ferruling, crimping, and panel finishing.
• Basic troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical safety practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Preferred QualificationsITI Electrician / Wireman / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in industrial control panel wiring or electrical assembly.
• Experience in manufacturing control panels for industrial ovens, furnaces, heating systems, or automation equipment will be an added advantage.
