Faculty / Center Manager (Zee Institute Of Creative & Media Arts)

Position Overview

The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management, academic excellence, admissions growth, and operational efficiency of ZICA ZIMA PCMC. The role requires a strong background in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphics, or related creative industries, along with the ability to teach selected modules and guide students toward industry standards.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Admissions Management

• Achieve monthly and annual admission targets for long-term and short-term programs.
• Supervise BDM/Counsellors and drive enquiry-to-admission conversions.
• Approve discounts, fee structures, and special cases as per policy.
• Ensure proper CRM usage and monitor daily/weekly sales reports.

2. Academic & Teaching Responsibilities

• Teach selected subjects related to Animation, VFX, Gaming, Motion Graphics, or related areas.
• Mentor students on projects, portfolios, demo reels, and industry expectations.
• Oversee faculty teaching quality, curriculum execution, and academic schedules.
• Conduct academic review sessions, demonstrations, and skill-development workshops.

3. Team Leadership & HR

• Lead and motivate the centre team including Faculty, BDMs, Marketing Executives, Digital Marketers, Designers, and Admin staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals, task allocations, and regular team meetings.
• Maintain a professional, supportive, and student-friendly work culture.

4. Marketing & Brand

• BuildingCoordinate with marketing teams for lead generation, campaigns, and outreach.
• Manage branding, events, workshops, school/college visits, and promotional activities.
• Review marketing performance and optimize centre-level promotional strategies.

5. Centre Operations & Administration

• Manage centre discipline, infrastructure, daily operations, and maintenance.
• Oversee CRM-based operations for enquiries, academics, HR tasks, and renewals.
• Manage petty cash, vendor coordination, procurement, and expense control.

6. Student & Parent Engagement

• Conduct feedback sessions, parent meetings, and progress reviews.
• Resolve academic, behavioural, or fee-related concerns diplomatically.
• Ensure a positive, motivating, and engaging environment for all students.

7. Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain proper documentation, adherence to policies, and audit compliance.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to the Directors.
• Ensure smooth functioning aligned with ZICA ZIMA standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Minimum 5+ years of industry or training institute experience in Animation, VFX, Gaming, or Creative Media.
• Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
