Key Responsibilities:

·        Managed end-to-end MahaRERA registrations, documentation, consultant coordination, certificates, and ongoing RERA compliances.

·        Ensured RERA registration compliance across marketing, sales, and promotional materials.

·        Conducted land due diligence, including title verification, encumbrance checks, zoning, litigation assessment, and title opinions.

·        Managed land acquisition documentation, stamp duty, registration processes, and Sub-Registrar coordination.

·        Handled regulatory approvals, including development agreements, NA orders, commencement certificates, environmental clearances, Fire NOCs, and statutory compliances.

·        Managed customer legal documentation, including agreements, conveyance, possession, society records, mortgage permissions, cancellations, and refunds.

·        Coordinated litigation matters, advocate briefings, case documentation, evidence management, hearings, and court compliance.

·        Managed banking and finance documentation, including loan agreements, mortgages, escrow arrangements, NOCs, and closures.

·        Maintained compliance calendars, document retention systems, and legal risk management processes.

·        Managed society formation, conveyance matters, contract reviews, dispute prevention, compliance audits, and insurance claims.
