Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate final selection.
Manage joining formalities, onboarding, and induction.
Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies.
Manage employee engagement, performance, and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Support management in building HR systems and processes.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
Strong recruitment and HR operations knowledge.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HRMS.
Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements independently.
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / Food & Beverage / FMCG
