Job Description

Job Purpose:

An ITI HVAC Technician is responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and

maintenance of HVAC systems such as air conditioners, ventilation systems, chillers,

VRF/VRV units


Key Responsibilities of Job

 Install Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, VRF systems.

 Copper piping, gas charging, vacuuming.

 Proper electrical connections and testing.

 Regular AC servicing (cleaning filters, coils, blower)

 Identify faults and perform troubleshooting.

 Gas refilling and leak detection.

 Diagnose issues in compressors, fan motors, PCB.

 Replace faulty parts.

 Ensure system runs efficiently after repair.

 Assist supervisor in installation work.

 Follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

 Maintain discipline at site.


Safety & Quality

 Use proper tools and PPE

 Avoid gas leakage and electrical hazards

 Maintain quality of work (no rework)
