Position Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Cold Calling: Identify and approach new industries, contractors, and businesses to generate leads.


Client Visits: Regularly visit both new and existing customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.


Sales & Negotiation: Present product solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals to close profitable orders.


Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.


Offer Management: Prepare and send professional offers, track follow-ups, and ensure timely responses.


Payment Collection: Ensure payments are collected on time and maintain strong financial discipline with clients.


Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to align sales strategies.


Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales pipeline, customer visits, and revenue forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile


Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred, but not mandatory).


2–5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial products, tools, construction materials, or related industries.


Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups and reporting.


Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.


Willingness to travel across Pune and nearby regions.
