Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day fleet movement, vehicle placement, trip coordination, and customer service for our Chakan and Ranjangaon corridors. The role demands strong coordination with drivers, branch teams, OEM clients, and internal billing/accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily vehicle placement at OEM plants (Mahindra, Tata Motors, Tier-1 suppliers) as per customer indents.
• Coordinate with drivers, foremen, and branch offices for timely loading, dispatch, in-transit tracking, and unloading.
• Monitor trip progress on GPS systems and proactively manage detentions, delays, and route deviations.
• Maintain accurate trip sheets, LR documentation, POD collection, and timely submission to the billing team via Billhub.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and daily MIS reporting to clients on placement, transit, and delivery status.
• Track empty-leg utilization and coordinate return loads to improve round-trip profitability.
• Manage driver advances, BPCL OTP fuel disbursement, and toll/expense reconciliation with the accounts team.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle documentation (RC, Permit, Fitness, Insurance, PUC) and renewal timelines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in road transport / fleet operations, preferably with OEM or automotive logistics exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Hands-on experience with GPS / TMS / Fleetx or similar fleet tracking platforms.
• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with rotational shifts if required.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred (for plant visits).
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Pimpri Chinchwad / Chakan belt.
