Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience. Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.

• QualificationDiploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E. Mechanical / Equivalent Qualification
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical Drafting and Engineering Drawing
• Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver Mechanical Draughtsman course modules as per the prescribed syllabus.
• Conduct theory and practical sessions on:
• Fundamentals of Engineering Drawing
• Scales, Engineering Curves & Solids
• Pictorial Representation & Orthographic Projection
• Conventional Representation, Development & Sections
• Machine Drawing
• AutoCAD (2D & 3D) – Added Advantage
• SolidWorks – Added Advantage
• Prepare and execute session plans effectively.
• Guide students in practical assignments, industrial design projects, and laboratory exercises.
• Conduct periodic assessments, tests, and evaluations of student performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to students.
• Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, practical files, and all academic documentation as per institute requirements.
• Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Desired SkillsKnowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Engineering Drawing and Mechanical Design concepts.
• Good communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and project-based learning sessions.
• Industry exposure in design, drafting, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering will be preferred.
• Working HoursPart-Time: 4–8 Hours per Day
• Full-Time: As per institute working hours
• RemunerationPart-Time: Compensation will be based on the total hours worked during the month.
• Full-Time: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
