Motion Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Create engaging motion graphics and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities 
• Design product creatives in alignment with company branding guidelines and requirements 
• Edit photos, videos, and other visual content to ensure high-quality output 
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and design needs 
• Brainstorm innovative, creative ideas and stay updated with current design and content trends 
• Capture basic photos and videos when required for marketing and content purposes 
• Deliver high-quality work within deadlines while maintaining strong brand consistency 
• Utilise basic AI tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and design efficiency

Required skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Basic experience in graphic design and video editing
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong creative sense with a good eye for design, layout, and attention to detail
• Ability to take feedback constructively, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge or interest in the health and safety industry is an added advantage
• Strong creative thinking skills and good communication abilities
